We have an online portal for customers to access many of our services. The portal can be accessed at: https://portal.caa.co.uk.
From the CAA portal you can access a number of different services and to do so you will need to register and create a portal account.
Registering for an account
For many of our services, you will simply need to register a username and email and after a quick authentication process you will be granted access within the portal to request the service you need.
At that point you may need to select specific options or supply additional photographic identification such as a scan of your passport or your UK Driving licence, in order to apply.
You can access a guide on how to register and use the portal in CAP1902
Applicants for the medical service who wish to gain access to Cellma can also refer to this shorter one page guide.
Tips for completing the service registration page
- If you do not know your CAA reference number, this field can be left blank and will be filled in by the CAA when we process your application.
- Your ID documents must be valid (not expired).
- You can only upload JPEG and PDF documents. Other file types (such as tiff or png) will stop you from completing this page.
