Hours of Operation and Support

The CAA online portal is available to use 24x7 (subject to routine maintenance windows).

Browser Compatibility

The CAA online portal has been tested against and will support the latest three versions of the following browsers:

  • Microsoft Edge
  • Chrome
  • Internet Explorer
  • Firefox
  • Safari

User Name and Password Information

For your protection usernames and passwords are required to be difficult to guess; the format for your user name and passwords is as follows:

Username policy

Your username should be alpha-numeric and should be between 8-20 characters.

Password format

Your password must be least 8 characters in length. It must contain characters from three of the following four categories:

  • English uppercase characters (A through Z)
  • English lowercase characters (a through z)
  • Base 10 digits (0 through 9)
  • Non-alphabetic characters (for example, !, $, #, %)
Note: When passwords are created or changed the new password must meet the same rules.

Password account rules

  • Your account will be locked out: after 5 invalid logons
  • Your account will be locked out for: 1 hour
  • You cannot repeat your previous 10 passwords

Reset your password

If you have forgotten, or need to change your password, you can reset it on the Reset your Password page.

Updating your Personal Details

We will be moving more services onto this Customer Portal over the coming months. Please note that any changes you make will currently ONLY be reflected for your CAA Customer Portal account and personnel licences you hold with us already. We will be in touch if we need more information before we can process your changes. If you have other licences or approvals, please inform your usual point of contact of your change of details.

CAA Online Portal Operation

When you have finished using the portal it is strongly recommended that you log off from the browser to ensure that you close your session on the portal.
